WHAT ARE THEY?​

ALL SKILLS: 

$40 per player- intermediate to advanced

A session focused on game play, strategy and the mental game.

HITTING MECHANICS:

$25 per player

A session focused on hitting footwork, explosiveness, timing, wrist snap and  precision as well as helping our athletes gain confidence in their ability. 

SETTING:

$25 per player

A session focused on all things setter. We will specifically work on hands, footwork, jump sets, decision making, hand strengthening exercises, peripheral vision and communication.

MIDDLES/BLOCKING:

$25 per player

A session focused on hitting footwork, explosiveness, timing, wrist snap and  precision as well as blocking IQ and awareness. 

SERVE RECIEVE/DEFENSE:

$25 per player

A session focused exclusively on defense and serve receive, movement and strategy.
